Our capabilities include IT Talent Solutions, Data Delivery & Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Migration, Applications and Infrastructure, Software Development, and Finance & Accounting.</p> <p> </p></div><p>M9 Solutions is seeking an <strong>Onshore Technical Manager </strong>to work onsite with our client in <strong>Kansas City, KY</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interact with the business team to discuss, translate requirements to user stories, and implement user stories.</li> <li>Coordinate with the offshore team for requirements/development, etc.</li> <li>Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.</li> <li>Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.</li> <li>Drive the project to achieve milestones.</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.</li> <li>Review code and establish best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.</li> <li>8 + years of experience in Microsoft Technologies (Relevant) or as full stack (MEAN, MERN).</li> <li>Experience as onshore coordinator.</li> <li>Working experience on .Net Core, building Microservices.</li> <li>Working experience of designing & developing solutions in AWS/Azure Cloud.</li> <li>Good experience in C#, Angular 6+/React.js 16.0.0+, SQL Server.</li> <li>Good experience as Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack or MERN Stack or both).</li> <li>Good experience in database designing, writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.</li> <li>Visual Studio Code and GIT.</li> <li>Modular programming in Angular 6+/ React.js 16.0.0+, Type Script and other front-end unit testing tools.</li> <li>CI/CD, DevOps, setting up and managing Build and release pipelines.</li> <li>Have good experience in DevOps Pipeline creations.</li> <li>Good to have AWS/Azure certifications.</li> <li>Knowledge or working experience on AI technologies.</li> <li>Understand existing application architecture and solution design.</li> <li>Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems.</li> <li>Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums, and stand ups.</li> <li>Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical. and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-quality systems and software products.</li> <li>Strong written & oral communication skills.</li> <li>Soft Skills: <ul> <li>Excellent Communication Skills.</li> <li>Team Player.</li> <li>Self-starter and highly motivated.</li> <li>Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced situations.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to work with globally distributed teams.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>GH 1067</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p></p> <p><strong>Full-Time Employee Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
