If you’re driven to solve meaningful challenges, we’d love to meet you.</p></div><p class="p1">WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:</p> <p class="p1">The Payroll Specialist will report to the Sr. Payroll Manager and&nbsp;be responsible for collaborating with the Sr. Payroll Specialist with the day-to-day tasks for APAC&nbsp;payrolls. You’ll learn from a team of seasoned payroll professionals, the fundamentals of&nbsp;payroll from concepts to processing and best practices.</p> <p class="p1">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries via the ticketing&nbsp;system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution with a strong employee service&nbsp;focus.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related inquiries through initial technical&nbsp;assessment and data validation.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Support end-to-end payroll processing across 10 APAC countries, partnering with&nbsp;People, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams to ensure accurate&nbsp;payroll delivery.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Collect, compile, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs, including timesheets, master&nbsp;data, attendance records, and other employee lifecycle data.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Ensure accurate processing of payroll components, including base salary, statutory&nbsp;benefits, overtime, allowances, and tax deductions.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Execute high-volume data entry and maintain data integrity across systems such as&nbsp;Workday HCM and CloudPay.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Prepare and run standard and ad hoc payroll reports to support audits and&nbsp;stakeholder requirements.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Ensure compliance with SOPs, local regulatory requirements, and SOX control&nbsp;standards.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Monitor and stay current on statutory and regulatory payroll changes across APAC.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Collaborate with regional payroll specialists and participate in cross-training to&nbsp;ensure operational continuity.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Support documentation of payroll processes and contribute to process&nbsp;improvements and automation initiatives.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing&nbsp;multiple priorities and deadlines.</p> <p class="p1">REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in APAC payroll environments.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Basic understanding of payroll principles, tax concepts, and local regulations.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Experience with Workday HCM and/or CloudPay is preferred.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Strong attention to detail and ability to handle payroll data accurately.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Good numerical and analytical skills to support payroll calculations and&nbsp;reconciliations.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Customer service mindset with ability to respond to employee payroll queries.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> High level of integrity and confidentiality.</p> <p>The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
