<h3><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></h3>
<p>We’re seeking a motivated HVAC sales professional to support our commercial project sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and delivering full-service HVAC solutions, including design-build installations, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades.</p>
<p>You’ll partner with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend customized solutions that improve system performance, comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.</p>

<h3><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Establish and grow relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and key decision-makers</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, system replacements, and new installations</li>
<li>Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including scope, pricing, and project timelines</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful execution</li>
<li>Stay informed on industry developments, including new technologies and energy efficiency standards</li>
<li>Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or a related technical field</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred</li>
