About the Role

<h3>Role Summary</h3> <p>We are looking for an experienced, senior-level BlueCherry ERP professional to own functional support, business process guidance, and best-practice adoption for our BlueCherry ERP platform. The right person brings deep working knowledge of BlueCherry's functionality and its strategic application to a vertically integrated wholesale business.  </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for BlueCherry ERP functionality, including order management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, EDI, and PLM. </li> <li>Partner with sales operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service to translate B2B / wholesale business needs into BlueCherry configurations, workflows, and reporting. </li> <li>Own and continuously improve business processes and best practices within BlueCherry that reflect a wholesale model — order-to-cash, EDI trading-partner onboarding, allocation, chargebacks, and account-level terms. </li> <li>Triage day-to-day support issues, resolve functional and process-level questions directly, and determine what requires escalation. </li> <li>Manage the day-to-day relationship with CGS (BlueCherry's vendor): scope and escalate technical/engineering issues, track tickets, and coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancement requests. </li> <li>Lead user training, documentation, and change management for BlueCherry across the organization. </li> <li>Evaluate new BlueCherry releases and features and recommend adoption based on business impact. </li> <li>Support integration points between BlueCherry and adjacent systems (EDI, WMS, finance, B2B ordering portals). </li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase system adoption, data quality, and process efficiency across the business.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience supporting or administering BlueCherry ERP (or a comparable apparel/fashion-vertical ERP) in a functional/business capacity. </li> <li>Direct experience in a B2B / wholesale apparel or footwear business — order management, EDI, allocation, chargebacks — rather than pure retail or DTC. </li> <li>Strong understanding of apparel supply chain processes: order-to-cash, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, and PLM. </li> <li>Experience managing a technical vendor/implementation partner relationship (e.g., CGS) for engineering and technical support. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and process design. </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills; comfortable operating at a director / senior manager level. </li> <li>Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Prior experience at CGS, or as a BlueCherry implementation/functional consultant.</li> <li>Familiarity with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) common in wholesale apparel.</li> <li>Exposure to adjacent fashion ERP/PLM tools (Centric, YuniquePLM, Infor Fashion, NGC) is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3>What Success Looks Like</h3> <ul> <li>BlueCherry runs reliably with strong user adoption and satisfaction across business teams.</li> <li>Support issues are resolved quickly, with CGS engaged efficiently only where true technical/engineering work is needed.</li> <li>Business best practices for wholesale operations are documented, adopted, and consistently followed.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="none">We Offer</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":300,"335559739":120,"335559740":279,"335572079":6,"335572080":4,"335572081":11957550,"469789806":"single"}"> </span></h3> <p><span data-contrast="none">Job Type:<strong> </strong>Full-Time - Contract, Remote (ET)</span><strong><em><span data-contrast="none"> </span></em></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> <br></span><span data-contrast="none">Competitive salary based on experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><em><span data-contrast="none">Capnexus</span></em></strong><span data-contrast="none"> is an equal opportunity employer.
