<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Safe operation of Loaders and Railcar Movers (i.e. Track Mobiles</span><span data-contrast="auto"> or Locomotives )</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform and document required inspections of equipment and maintain equipment in good condition.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Analyze equipment performance and make necessary tooling and equipment changes to produce desired throughput and quality results.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Follow all workplace and job safety procedures.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain operational records from inspections.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Confirm all reporting accurately completed as required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate operational information as required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enter maintenance work requests as applicable.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform/coordinate maintenance on equipment per job instructions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform/coordinate housekeeping to maintain to required standard.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Escalate issues promptly for proper resolution.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform other duties as required and serve as a back-up resource as needed.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to understand and follow written and verbal job instructions.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in mathematics and measurement.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Team player demonstrated with past work experience or activities.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work multiple shift schedules to support 24x7 operations.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">Ability to certify in the safe operation of locomotives, </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">loaders</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing"> or track-mobiles.</span></span></li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees </li>
<li>Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment </li>
<li>Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day</li>
<li>Willing and able to work around moving equipment and machinery</li>
<li>Willing and able to pull and lift, up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li>
