This role involves complex troubleshooting, prototype development/EDVT, system integration, and mentoring junior technicians. The Senior EE Technician ensures engineering projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Support electrical engineers in the design, development, and validation of electrical and electronic systems.</p> <p>· Build, modify and debug prototypes, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards.</p> <p>· Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical and electronic equipment and systems.</p> <p>· Develop and maintain test setups, automated test systems, and validation procedures.</p> <p>· Conduct electrical testing and data analysis using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.</p> <p>· Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure proper implementation.</p> <p>· Document test procedures, engineering changes, and technical findings.</p> <p>· Partner with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product development.</p> <p>· Mentor junior technicians and help drive best practices in the lab.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).</p> <p>· 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical or electronics engineering support roles.</p> <p>· Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, analog and digital electronics, and electronic components.</p> <p>· Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.</p> <p>· Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and logic analyzers.</p> <p>· Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.</p> <p>· Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork abilities.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <p>· PCB assembly, soldering, and rework, including surface-mount components.</p> <p>· Experience with CAD or schematic tools (Altium, KiCad, AutoCAD Electrical).</p> <p>· Familiarity with embedded systems or microcontrollers.</p> <p>· Exposure to automated testing, data acquisition systems, or Python-based test scripting.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Salary and Other Compensation: </strong>The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
