About the Role

<div> <p><strong>Dark Wolf</strong>&nbsp;is looking for a <strong>Deputy Program Manager </strong>to join our team. The successful candidate will be leading the support of a large IT program under an established contract vehicle. Day to day tasks will require blending commercial strategy experience, knowledge of the federal landscape, and PMO support with leading-edge technical capabilities. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. We are seeking a respected leader who demonstrates proactive contract management, excellent communication skills, and aligns with our company's core values. This position will require on-site support in Ogden, UT. Responsibilities include:&nbsp;</p> </div> <ul> <li>Managing a team of 40+ personnel to assist the agency in the development and implementation of an innovative, executable, agile strategy to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services and solutions.</li> <li>Leading personnel within the following disciplines: Offensive and defensive cybersecurity, DevOps engineering, A&amp;A process guidance, and strategic communication.</li> <li>Interacting with all stakeholders on the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors.</li> <li>Assisting with management of subcontractor relationships and documentation, including approving invoices, coordinating NDA and subcontract documentation, reviewing Monthly Status Reports, and monitoring budgets.</li> <li>Managing and producing client deliverables in support of cybersecurity services.</li> <li>Updating and maintaining project management artifacts, such as risk registers, budgets, and staffing plans.</li> <li>Demonstrating creative thinking and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats, addressing client needs, and contributing to the development of a business vision while managing implementation efforts.</li> <li>Allocating resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project objectives and deliverables.</li> <li>Contributing to the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and data.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyzing, planning, and developing requirements and standards for scheduled projects.</li> <li>Monitoring project progress and performance, conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and best practices.</li> <li>Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and metrics, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior Air Force leaders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in contract management and proactive identification of potential risks or challenges</li> <li>Adept at fostering a positive work environment and aligning with Dark Wolf Solutions' core values</li> <li>A team player with an outgoing demeanor, able to seamlessly integrate into our company culture and contribute to both our and the customer’s collaborative work environment.</li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Assessment and Authorization process</li> <li>Familiarity with offensive and defensive cybersecurity, SIEMs, and cybersecurity software tools Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels</li> <li>Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods</li> <li>Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the broader IT industry</li> <li>Proven ability to work collaboratively and promote a teamwork mentality</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience guiding others in these areas</li> <li>Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising department teams</li> <li>PMP Certification</li> <li><strong>US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance<br></strong></li> </ul> <div> <p>This position is located in Ogden, UT.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.</p> <p>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity, confirm US Citizenship, and complete the required employment eligibility verification upon hire.</p> <p>We are strictly looking for direct, full-time W2 employees.
