<p data-start="282" data-end="581">As NexHealth continues to scale, we’re looking to add a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating pipeline and creating new opportunities for our Account Executives by engaging dental and healthcare practices.</p>
<p data-start="583" data-end="915">You’ll play a critical role in helping providers modernize their patient experience—driving adoption of tools that streamline scheduling, communication, and payments. This role is heavily outbound-focused, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, emailing, and creative prospecting, while also responding quickly to inbound interest.<br><br><strong data-start="926" data-end="944">What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="19n8qez" data-start="947" data-end="1050"><strong data-start="949" data-end="980">Drive new business pipeline</strong> by prospecting into dental and healthcare practices across the U.S.</li>
<li data-section-id="1gzoaxh" data-start="1051" data-end="1215"><strong data-start="1053" data-end="1094">Execute high-volume outbound outreach</strong> (calls, emails, and social) to engage decision-makers such as practice owners, office managers, and operations leaders</li>
<li data-section-id="o2jdwd" data-start="1216" data-end="1311"><strong data-start="1218" data-end="1267">Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively</strong>, converting interest into booked meetings</li>
<li data-section-id="uh01jh" data-start="1312" data-end="1411"><strong data-start="1314" data-end="1352">Build and manage a strong pipeline</strong> within our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up</li>
<li data-section-id="1bmlf72" data-start="1412" data-end="1559"><strong data-start="1414" data-end="1456">Tailor messaging to different personas</strong> within a practice, highlighting how NexHealth improves patient experience and operational efficiency</li>

<li data-section-id="ull6iz" data-start="1950" data-end="2053">6–12 months of sales, customer-facing, or outbound experience preferred (SDR/BDR experience a plus)</li>
<li data-section-id="yfxn4n" data-start="2054" data-end="2111">Strong communication skills—especially over the phone</li>
<li data-section-id="lxe7by" data-start="2112" data-end="2186">Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections</li>
<li data-section-id="opvnqy" data-start="2187" data-end="2261">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once</li>

<p>Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level.
