You understand time management and priorities and can adjust your schedule to accommodate the needs of this role.&nbsp;</span></p> <h4>POSITION OVERVIEW</h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rosetta Stone Live Tutoring is searching for native speakers of US English to facilitate a series of energetic online language classes and provide feedback for beginner to advanced students of all ages.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Applicants MUST be comfortable with technology and have direct wired access to broadband Internet.<br></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>This is a fully remote, part-time position in the United States.</strong> Candidates must be able to work 10-12 hours weekly between the hours of 5-10am ET and/or 5pm - 12am ET (Monday through Friday).</span></p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in all products offered by Rosetta Stone</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare and adapt sessions to meet the needs of both child and adult learners&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide actionable feedback in sessions to learners for areas of improvement</span></li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Native <strong>US English</strong> speaker&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven flexibility in schedule to meet the hours outlined in the above overview</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Completion of Bachelor's degree</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Teaching and/or tutoring experience preferred (familiarity with Rosetta Stone platforms desired)</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong proficiency with technology and web conferencing platforms, including corresponding troubleshooting abilities</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional written and verbal communication, ability to teach grammar concepts&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">TEFL certification preferred&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional presentation skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must be comfortable with technology and have access to <strong>broadband</strong> Internet from a personal computer <strong>(wired internet connection required)</strong></span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h4>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</h4> <p>IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
