This is a full-time position.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Constructing and maintaining safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection.&nbsp;</li> <li>Also does sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling, and other duties assigned by supervisor.</li> <li>Experience working with Concrete is a HUGE plus.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Possess 5 years of construction experience.</li> <li>Must be able to read basic drawings.</li> <li>Have training on construction safety protocols (i.e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform (boom and scissor).</li> <li>This position will provide primary support to our field supervision and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.</li> <li>Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands &amp; arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.</li> <li>Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see &amp; hear well either naturally or with correction.</li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.</li> <li>Must be able to work outside.</li> <li>Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.</li> <li>Punctuality and promptness are required every day.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
