They expect their grocery order to arrive on time, fresh, and accurate and our Warehouse Leads play a critical role in ensuring that!&nbsp; Your role involves providing front-line support for the production team, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and standard operating processes. With a focus on safety, accuracy, and quality control, you will play a crucial part in meeting production targets and delivering high-quality products to our customers.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team. Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure the on-time completion of tasks and orders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards, and address any deviations promptly.</li> <li>Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals.
