If you're passionate about critical care, enjoy a variety of cases, utilizing your skillset to the fullest, and enjoy working alongside an exceptional team of specialists, we'd love to meet you.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional, compassionate nursing care to critically ill and hospitalized patients, treating each patient as your own.</li> <li>Collaborate with board-certified criticalists, emergency clinicians, residents, interns, and technicians to deliver advanced, life-saving care.</li> <li>Utilize advanced technical skills, including vascular access, transfusion therapy, ventilator support, CRIs, invasive monitoring, and complex patient assessment.</li> <li>Monitor critically ill patients, recognize subtle changes, and confidently advocate when every second counts.</li> <li>Care for a wide variety of complex medical and surgical cases in a collaborative, high-acuity ICU.</li> <li>Mentor technicians, assistants, and trainees while fostering a culture of learning and clinical excellence.</li> <li>Support pet owners with compassionate communication during some of their most difficult moments.</li> <li>Excel in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, and attention to detail drive exceptional patient care.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Schedule is usually four 10 hour shifts per week, with some weekends and holidays required.
