If we’ve described you and your dream workplace, please apply and share in the many benefits and opportunities we offer.</em></strong></span></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong><u data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Technical Writer III:</u></strong></div> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof">The Contractor shall be capable of performing the tasks and/or possess the skill sets listed below:</div> <ul> <li>Creates and maintains user guides, SOPs, system design documents, and ATO</li> <li>documentation for the Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform implementations.</li> <li>Create, update, and deliver Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform User Guides and Resources (e.g. Knowledge Base, FAQs, Design Specification Documents (DSD)).</li> <li>Ensures consistency and accuracy across deliverables using templates aligned with HHS and NIST documentation standards.</li> <li>Works closely with developers, business analysts, and program teams to capture accurate technical and business process descriptions.</li> <li>Ensures all documentation complies with Section 508 accessibility standards for federal content.</li> <li>Creates and maintains OSCAL-compliant templates and integrates XML/JSON documentation for control implementation artifacts.</li> <li>Edits content for readability, clarity, and compliance with formatting requirements.</li> <li>Manages document versioning using SharePoint, Git, or equivalent repositories to ensure audit-ready traceability.</li> <li>Supports the integration of screenshots, diagrams, and workflows into user-friendly content.</li> </ul> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><u>Basic Qualifications:</u></div> <ul> <li>Possesses over 5 years of experience authoring IT documentation for compliance, technical, and system lifecycle content in federal agencies.</li> <li>Familiar with HHS ATO templates, including PIA/PTAs, SSPs, SARs, and POA&amp;Ms.</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Confluence for document collaboration.</li> <li>Preferred certifications include Certified Technical Writer (CTW), Certified Information Professional (CIP), or OSCAL Practitioner.</li> <li>Demonstrated familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal knowledge management standards.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$90,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$95,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
