This teacher will deliver targeted instruction, support students in accessing grade-level content, manage a caseload, and collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, service providers, and school leadership.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate brings strong instructional skills, a deep understanding of specially designed instruction, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students while maintaining strong systems for compliance, progress monitoring, and communication.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Instruction &amp; Student Support</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide push-in and pull-out instructional support for students with IEPs in reading, writing, mathematics, and other content areas as needed</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver specially designed instruction aligned to student IEP goals, accommodations, and grade-level standards</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support students in accessing rigorous classroom instruction through differentiation, scaffolding, and targeted intervention</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use small-group and individualized instruction to address student needs and accelerate growth</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices and student success</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help students build independence, confidence, academic skills, and self-advocacy</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>IEP Implementation &amp; Caseload Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage a student caseload, ensuring IEP goals, services, accommodations, and supports are implemented with fidelity</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals aligned to student needs and progress data</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collect and analyze student data to adjust instruction and track progress toward goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to student performance, services, progress monitoring, and compliance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to goal-setting, progress discussions, and family communication</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Collaboration &amp;
