In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution—turning complex data into actionable insights that improve access, performance, and scale.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Turn claims and pricing data into insights that drive access and revenue growth</li> <li>Support and evolve payer access strategies across partner sites</li> <li>Build clear, compelling deliverables for internal leaders, clients, and payer partners</li> <li>Own and manage multiple high-impact workstreams simultaneously</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to execute initiatives and solve complex, ambiguous problems</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in financial analysis, consulting, or healthcare analytics</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; VBA a plus)</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action</li> <li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li> <li>Clear communication and strong collaboration skills</li> <li>Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or payer ecosystems preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong><br>You’ll work with sensitive, HIPAA-compliant data, requiring a high level of discretion, ownership, and integrity.</p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>California residents employed by or applying for work at Shields have certain privacy rights.
