We’ve been quite busy, take a peek at some of our recent <a href="https://spothero.com/press/">announcements</a>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Sales Coordinator (Part-Time) at SpotHero:</strong></h3> <p>The Sales Coordinator is highly detail-oriented and operationally driven to support the Regional Growth team and help ensure the accuracy, quality, and operational health of the SpotHero marketplace. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Growth organization and is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting pricing accuracy, auditing customer-facing experiences, and driving operational excellence across operator accounts.</p> <p><strong>This is a remote part-time position with 25 hours per week, paid at $20/hour. Seeking candidates in Illinois.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong>&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Cleanup and maintain operator contact information, understanding the different roles -&nbsp; Location Contact Functions (LCFs) in Salesforce</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enter new operator location information into the internal onboarding forms</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Review and validate external websites and Salesforce to understand accuracy of operator data to make updates and recommendations to the regional growth team where needed</li> <li>Reach out to&nbsp; existing operators by phone and email to verify information and make recommendations on ways to optimize their portfolio</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Audit maps, competitive websites, and operator websites to ensure we have the most up to date location availability and pricing information</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understand competitive rates with internal reporting, websites, and external sources to make optimization recommendations to the growth team</li> <li>Work with their assigned regions on special projects as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <h3><strong>What you bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, operations, marketplace operations, revenue operations, customer support operations, or a related field</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and organizational skills</li> <li>Comfortable working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and multiple operational systems simultaneously</li> <li>Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and operational opportunities within data</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage repetitive, detail-oriented workflows with a high degree of accuracy</li> <li>Strong process discipline and documentation habits</li> </ul> <p><strong><br><br></strong></p> <h3><strong>What we are offering:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A workplace recognized as&nbsp;<a href="https://1871.com/1871-news-and-content/1871-momentum-awards-winners-2023/">CityLights award winner&nbsp;</a>by 1871,&nbsp;<a href="https://builtin.com/awards/chicago/2026/best-midsize-places-to-work#spothero">2026 Best Places To Work&nbsp;</a>by BuiltIn,&nbsp;<a href="https://mostlovedworkplace.com/companies/spothero/">Most Loved Workplace Certified</a>&nbsp;by the Best Practice Institute, and recipient of multiple Comparably awards, including&nbsp;<a href="https://www.comparably.com/companies/spothero">Best Company Culture, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity.</a></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>At SpotHero, we&nbsp;<strong>Respect Fellow Drivers</strong>&nbsp;by providing an inclusive interview experience for everyone, including people with disabilities.
