About the Role

The Director of Corporate Partnerships will own and build Sollis Health’s B2B revenue channel. This role will start as a team of one, with full responsibility for developing pipeline, structuring partnerships, and closing new B2B relationships across two core areas: Employer Benefits and Corporate & Brand Partnerships.  This is a highly autonomous, builder-oriented role for a commercial leader who is comfortable operating end-to-end: from prospecting and deal design through close and early partner activation. As the channel grows, this role will have the opportunity to grow and lead a broader B2B team.  The ideal candidate will be from NYC or LA  B2B Channel Ownership & Revenue Growth  <ul> <li>Own the full B2B revenue growth:  <ul> <li> Employer Benefits – partnering with companies to offer Sollis as a paid or subsidized employee health benefit </li> <li>Corporate & Brand Partnerships – partnering with consumer-facing brands such as, financial services, real estate, health and wellness, hospital and social clubs, to offer Sollis memberships to their customer base through opt-in or co-marketed programs </li> </ul> </li> <li>Build, manage, and close a national pipeline of B2B opportunities </li> <li>Develop tailored partnership structures aligned to partner needs and Sollis’ unit economics </li> <li>Drive new logo acquisition while laying the groundwork for repeatable, scalable growth </li> </ul> Pipeline Development & Deal Execution  <ul> <li>Prospect and engage senior stakeholders across HR, Benefits, Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development </li> <li>Lead contract negotiation and close complex B2B agreements </li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce </li> <li>Track performance against revenue targets and leading indicators </li> </ul> Strategy & Program Development  <ul> <li>Define and refine B2B partnership offerings, pricing structures, and go-to-market approaches </li> <li>Identify priority verticals, target partner profiles, and regional opportunities </li> <li>Partner with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives, events, and partner enablement materials </li> </ul> Requirements:  We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience </li> <li>5+ experience in National Partnerships and or Enterprise sales in healthcare-related commercial roles </li> <li>Proven track record of building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals </li> <li>Experience operating independently in early-stage or build-phase roles </li> <li>Experience developing and operationalizing high-level channel strategies </li> <li>Strong prospecting, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills </li> <li>High proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management </li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills </li> </ul> Skills: To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following:  <ul> <li>Builder mindset with comfort starting from early, incomplete states </li> <li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes </li> <li>Strategic thinker who can translate ambiguity into action </li> <li>Creative dealmaker who can adapt when standard approaches don’t work </li> <li>Highly organized with strong forecasting and reporting discipline </li> <li>Collaborative partner across functions </li> </ul> Comp & Benefits:   Base is $160,000-$190,000 + Bonus + Equity (OTE close to $225,000 - uncapped) This is the range of pay for National candidates.  Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location.
