Rooted in California and committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation, we're proud to honor our heritage while shaping the future of winemaking. </div> </div>Summary-  Riboli Family Wines is hiring a Sr. Brand Manager, Stella Rosa Wine & Spirits, to join our Marketing Team here in Los Angeles, CA. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, building and executing annual business plans. This role is accountable for leading the Stella Rosa team and working with the sales, digital, trade and events teams to ensure a 360 degree approach is taken to deliver measurable success for the brands. This position reports to the Sr Director, Brand Marketing and is responsible for building dynamic brand marketing campaigns, leading, and mentoring the Riboli Brand Team in partnership with campaigns and products.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.  <ul> <li>Strategic Planning: Build annual business plans, positioning strategies, and cutting-edge programming for the brands to expand market share and consumer piece of mind. </li> <li>Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure advertising, digital media, social content, and point-of-sale merchandising programs align with focus calendars and brand initiatives. </li> <li>Commercial Analytics: Analyze syndicated data (such as Nielsen) to track brand performance in market as well as market data and consumer trends to optimize and influence campaigns . </li> <li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with sales, finance, operations, internal marketing functions (trade, digital, events) and external creative agencies  </li> <li>Manage a team including an ABM and designers providing coaching, development and clear direction to ensure the team is aligned with overall business objectives.  </li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, creative, and organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions </li> <li>Ability to act as a brand leader to internal and external constituents </li> <li>Manage several brands within the Stella Rosa portfolio (Frizzante, Sparkling, Brandy, Cream Liqueurs) – each grouping has its own personality, and ensure there remains consistency across the brand worlds.  </li> <li>Seasoned management of all aspects of the marketing mix including pricing, promotion, packaging, products, channel, consumer, creative, as well as competitive analysis </li> <li>Develop national trade & shopper marketing strategies and promotions/incentive programs that coincide with our marketing initiatives, both on-sale and off- premise </li> <li>Have an understanding of digital marketing platforms including social media </li> <li>Manage/maintain key DAM tools and websites such as Salsify and Brandfolder in collaboration with the E-Comm and trade team.  </li> <li>Write copy as needed for sell sheets, websites, tech notes, etc. </li> <li>Wine knowledge a plus </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications:  <ul> <li>A four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience </li> <li>7+ years of wine and spirits industry experience, showing growth in roles throughout career.  </li> <li>3+ years of people management experience, with a proven record of people development. </li> <li>Understanding of design in brand marketing, with a focus on brand identify. </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li> <li>Naturally detail-oriented and meticulous in nature. </li> <li>Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. </li> <li>Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed. </li> <li>Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.  </li> <li>Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.  </li> <li>Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.  </li> <li>Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.  </li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.  </li> <li>High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.  </li> <li>Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.  </li> <li>Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently. </li> <li>Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite. </li> </ul>   #LI-ONSITE<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$120,000—$130,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"> At Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
