About the Role

<p>At Current, Producers drive the day-to-day execution of digital projects across multiple client engagements. You’ll partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.</p> <p>Producers are operational leaders who keep projects moving forward. You’re comfortable managing timelines, budgets, communication, and delivery coordination while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and maintain project plans, timelines, staffing plans, and delivery schedules</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering</li> <li>Lead internal and client status meetings and manage day-to-day communication</li> <li>Track scope, budget, timeline, and project health across engagements</li> <li>Identify risks early and proactively solve delivery challenges</li> <li>Support forecasting, resourcing, and operational planning</li> <li>Manage approvals, dependencies, and project documentation</li> <li>Help maintain delivery quality and operational consistency across accounts</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2- 4 years of project management experience within a creative or digital agency</li> <li>Experience managing digital projects, timelines, and budgets</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously</li> <li>Understanding of digital production workflows and website delivery</li> <li>Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and clients</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience using Workfront is a strong plus</li> <li>Experience with CMS-driven website projects</li> <li>Familiarity with QA processes and agile delivery environments</li> <li>Experience using Jira, Airtable, or similar tools</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Current</strong></h3> <p>At Current, we believe the best digital work happens when strategy, design, production, and technology operate as one team. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.</strong></em></p>
