We serve major supermarket, cold storage, warehouse, and retail clients throughout:</p> <p><strong>Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina</strong></p> <p>We specialize in:</p> <ul> <li>Supermarket refrigeration installations and remodels</li> <li>Rack refrigeration systems</li> <li>Display cases and walk-in coolers/freezers</li> <li>EMS / controls integration</li> <li>Cold storage and warehouse refrigeration systems</li> </ul> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Lead Commercial Refrigeration Installations</h3> <ul> <li>Supervise installation of supermarket/commercial refrigeration systems including rack systems, display cases, walk-ins, piping, EMS, and electrical components</li> <li>Perform hands-on installation work as needed alongside field crews</li> </ul> <h3>Manage and Lead Field Crews</h3> <ul> <li>Direct daily activities of installers and subcontractors</li> <li>Delegate work assignments and monitor productivity</li> <li>Mentor, train, and develop junior installers</li> </ul> <h3>Coordinate Jobsite Operations</h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, general contractors, and other trades</li> <li>Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of work to maintain project timelines</li> </ul> <h3>Ensure Quality, Safety, and Compliance</h3> <ul> <li>Enforce OSHA, company safety standards, and jobsite cleanliness</li> <li>Ensure all work meets quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes</li> </ul> <h3>Track Project Progress</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain labor, material, and equipment records</li> <li>Monitor project progress to support schedule and budget adherence</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience</strong></li> <li><strong>2+ years in a Foreman, Lead Installer, Superintendent, or Crew Lead role</strong></li> <li>Strong experience installing:</li> <ul> <li>Supermarket rack refrigeration systems</li> <li>Refrigerated display cases</li> <li>Walk-in coolers/freezers</li> <li>Refrigeration piping and brazing</li> <li>EMS / refrigeration controls</li> </ul> <li>Ability to read and interpret:</li> <ul> <li>Blueprints</li> <li>Refrigeration schematics</li> <li>Electrical diagrams</li> <li>Mechanical drawings</li> </ul> <li>Proven track record leading installation crews and delivering projects on schedule</li> <li>Valid driver’s license</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel weekly throughout the Southeast</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>EPA 608 Universal Certification</li> <li>OSHA 30 Certification</li> <li>Experience with supermarket remodels and retrofits</li> <li>Experience coordinating multi-trade construction projects</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation &amp;
