<p data-start="295" data-end="456"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We’re looking for a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Consumer Account Director<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>with strong<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>consumer brand PR experience<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>and a passion for creating work that people actually talk about.</span></p>
<p data-start="458" data-end="843"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You’ll lead day to day activity on one or more key consumer accounts, managing the client relationship, shaping strategy and driving integrated campaigns that span earned media, social, influencer and content. Many of our clients operate across multiple markets, so you’ll be comfortable working with different regions and local teams, even if your role is more UK focused. </span></p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to work on well-known consumer brands, playing a central role to deliver impactful earned-media strategies and award-winning creative campaigns.</p>
<p><strong><u>Key responsibilities:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the day to day lead across consumer accounts, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders</li>
<li>Run client meetings, status calls and planning sessions, ensuring clear actions, follow up and momentum</li>
<li>Understand your clients’ business priorities and market context and ensure all activity ladders up to those goals</li>
<li>Write and refine briefs, messaging, story angles and toolkits, ensuring ideas are insight-driven and culturally relevant</li>
<li>Work closely with creative, strategy, social and production teams to shape and stress test ideas</li>
<li>Oversee content development, from press materials and social copy to influencer briefs and event concepts</li>
<li>Support and coordinate activity across multiple markets or regions when required, ensuring consistency</li>
<li>Provide strategic oversight on media and influencer strategy ensuring the right mix of channels and partners</li>
<li>Support teams in building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, creators and partners</li>
<li>Oversee event, activation and partnership activity, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with brand strategy</li>
<li>Line manage and mentor junior team members, giving clear direction and constructive feedback</li>
<li>Create a supportive, inclusive team environment where people feel able to share ideas, challenge and grow</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What are we looking for:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Solid experience in<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>consumer PR / communications in </span>an agency setting</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading mid-large accounts and being a key client contact</li>
<li>Experience delivering integrated campaigns that span PR, social, influencer and content</li>
<li>Strong understanding of media landscapes and consumer trends and how to turn these into smart, earned first ideas</li>
<li>Excellent writing and storytelling skills across formats (decks, press materials, briefs, POVs).</li>
<li>Curious, proactive and solutions-focused, with a “how do we make this better?” mindset</li>
</ul>
