As a technical expert, you will help orchestrate AI agents to generate production-ready code and automated tests, utilizing multi-LLM workflows for code verification and quality assurance. You will provide recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows while ensuring code maintainability, security, and performance. A solid understanding of the .NET stack and the entire SDLC is required to ensure efficient, spec-led project completion.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:</p> <p>Develop solutions that add value and efficiency across systems while minimizing technical debt.</p> <p>Expertly use AI agents and GitHub Copilot to implement .NET solutions from high-level Specs.</p> <p>Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet product objectives and refine Specs.</p> <p>Maintain a "Test First" mentality by managing the intent of AI-generated code so that it meets the functional, security, and performance requirements of the product.</p> <p>Stay updated on technology trends and product roadmaps to guide development.</p> <p>Contribute to cross-functional business processes.</p> <p>Promote best practices, cross-team collaboration, and process continuity.</p> <p>Mentor less experienced engineers as they grow in their skills.</p> <p>Foster a collaborative culture based on trust and respect.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Experience you will have:</p> <p>Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-native coding in VS Code.</p> <p>Expertise in GitHub Copilot Agent Mode and AI-driven debugging.</p> <p>.NET 6+ with C#</p> <p>SQL</p> <p>Git</p> <p>Unit Testing</p> <p>RESTful web services</p> <p>Messaging &amp; queuing</p> <p>Front-end framework such as React</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <p>MySQL</p> <p>Postgres</p> <p>Kubernetes</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree (B.
