About the Role

<p class="p1">We are looking for a forward-thinking intern who lives at the intersection of Human Resources, Process Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence. You won't just be managing paperwork; you will be the architect of our digital transformation. Your mission is twofold: optimizing our talent acquisition engine using <strong>AI, </strong>and mapping the <strong>"Rubrik Journey"</strong> by streamlining workflows and building a world-class internal knowledge base.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><strong>AI &amp; Systems Integration:</strong> Assist in the rollout of AI to revolutionise how we source and engage talent, ensuring seamless connectivity across our tech stack.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>TA Process Architecture:</strong> Design and scale standardised recruitment workflows—from intake meetings to offer generation—to ensure a high-velocity, bias-free hiring experience.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Process Mapping &amp; Architecture:</strong> Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to document end-to-end workflows (onboarding, internal mobility, etc.) to bring clarity to global People processes.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Knowledge Management:</strong> Build and maintain an AI-ready "PeopleOps Wiki," ensuring employees and candidates have self-service access to human-friendly information.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Data-Driven Insights:</strong> Create dashboards to track the efficacy of AI-driven sourcing and identify "moments of truth" in the employee lifecycle to boost retention.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Enablement:</strong> Create "How-To" guides and lead training sessions for the global team on new AI features and standardised SOPs.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><strong>The Tech-Savvy HR Pro:</strong> Pursuing an MBA/Master’s in HR, Business, or Data Science with a genuine obsession with Generative AI and automation.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>AI Systems Fluency:</strong> You’ll act as our "AI specialist", using tools like <strong>Glean</strong> for cross-platform knowledge retrieval.
