You will be responsible for fostering a robust safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with French labor laws, and maintaining high safety standards within both our physical facilities and our last-mile delivery operations. This role requires a proactive professional who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes while remaining deeply connected to the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Translate corporate HSE policies into actionable operational plans tailored for distribution centers and delivery hubs.</li> <li>Lead comprehensive risk assessments (DUERP), conduct internal audits, and perform deep dive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.</li> <li>Ensure all sites adhere to the French work (Code du Travail) and environmental regulations. Maintain a high level of visibility on the shopfloor, conduct workplace inspections and coach operational leads on hazard identification.</li> <li>Utilize process management methodologies to optimize safety workflows and elevate the organization’s safety maturity level.</li> <li>Guide teams through organizational shifts, ensuring HSE standards remain a top priority during periods of growth or transition.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
