<p><span data-contrast="auto">Astera Labs is seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our worldwide recruiting function during a pivotal period of hypergrowth. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and executing the talent acquisition strategy that will fuel our expansion across North America, APAC, EMEA, and India.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a key member of the People team, you will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from executing on the workforce plan and employer branding to team development and operational excellence. You'll partner closely with executive leadership to ensure we attract and hire the world-class engineering and business talent needed to maintain our position as the leader in AI infrastructure connectivity. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep semiconductor industry expertise, and has a proven track record of building high-performing global recruiting teams from the ground up.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing global recruiting teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience in the semiconductor or adjacent hardware technology industry</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated success scaling recruiting functions and building teams from scratch in high-growth environments</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies (North America, APAC, EMEA, India)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Salary range is $187,200 to $260,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
