In this role, you will own and evolve the product operations function, translating complex customer requirements into scalable systems, processes, and high-quality product delivery across our agile e-commerce and ad tech product portfolio.  This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a strategic operator and strong influencer who is equally comfortable diving into technical systems and shaping how teams plan, build, and deliver products at scale. You will play a critical role in improving delivery performance, enabling better product outcomes, and driving operational excellence across the organization.  Responsibilities:  Product Operations Strategy & Ownership  <ul> <li>Own and evolve the product operations strategy and roadmap, aligning operational investments with product and business priorities </li> <li>Own and continuously improve the end-to-end product delivery process, with accountability for delivery predictability, quality, and cycle time across teams </li> <li>Design and implement scalable operating models, intake frameworks, and prioritization processes that support a multi-team product organization </li> <li>Identify systemic inefficiencies and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance at the organizational level </li> </ul> Customer & Requirements Leadership  <ul> <li>Serve as the primary bridge between customer-facing teams and product/engineering, leading the translation of complex business needs and customer feedback into clear, structured, and prioritized product requirements </li> <li>Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to surface both functional and non-functional requirements </li> <li>Define and enforce standards for requirements quality, acceptance criteria, and success metrics across teams </li> <li>Ensure alignment between customer needs, product strategy, and delivery execution </li> </ul> Delivery Excellence & Program Leadership  <ul> <li>Own visibility into product delivery health, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across teams </li> <li>Drive accountability for delivery outcomes, including velocity, quality, predictability, and alignment to product and business goals </li> <li>Lead cross-team coordination for high-impact and ambiguous initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution </li> <li>Partner with product leadership to translate operational insights into roadmap and prioritization decisions </li> </ul> Technical & Cross-Functional Influence  <ul> <li>Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to influence technical decisions, surfacing trade-offs, dependencies, and scalability considerations </li> <li>Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across system design, API integrations, and data infrastructure </li> <li>Review and validate technical approaches and documentation, ensuring alignment with product requirements and long-term scalability </li> </ul> Data-Driven Operations & Continuous Improvement  <ul> <li>Define and own product operations metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure delivery performance and product outcomes </li> <li>Use data to identify trends, diagnose systemic issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams </li> <li>Establish and scale operational playbooks, governance models, and escalation frameworks </li> <li>Ensure alignment between delivery execution and customer experience, product performance, and business impact </li> </ul> Agile Leadership & Enablement  <ul> <li>Champion and evolve agile best practices across a multi-team product organization, driving consistency, maturity, and continuous improvement </li> <li>Coach teams on effective planning, backlog management, and execution strategies to improve throughput and delivery quality </li> <li>Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve predictability, and minimize defects across teams </li> </ul> Skills & Qualifications:  <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or related roles within a technology-driven product organization </li> <li>Proven track record of owning and scaling product operations processes across multiple teams or product areas </li> <li>Deep experience in e-commerce and ad tech environments </li> <li>Strong technical fluency — comfortable influencing discussions involving APIs, data models, system design, and platform architecture </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and scalable solutions </li> <li>Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tooling (Jira, Confluence, Linear, etc.) </li> <li>Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with experience defining and using metrics to drive decision-making </li> <li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location.
