direction.</p></div><p>LumiMeds&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-growing&nbsp;telehealth&nbsp;startup&nbsp;focused&nbsp;on&nbsp;weight&nbsp;management&nbsp;and&nbsp;metabolic&nbsp;health.&nbsp;We're&nbsp;building&nbsp;our&nbsp;people&nbsp;function&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;ground&nbsp;up&nbsp;—&nbsp;and&nbsp;we&nbsp;need&nbsp;someone&nbsp;who&nbsp;can&nbsp;own&nbsp;it&nbsp;end&nbsp;to&nbsp;end.</p> <p>This&nbsp;is&nbsp;primarily&nbsp;a&nbsp;lifecycle&nbsp;HR&nbsp;role.&nbsp;You'll&nbsp;build&nbsp;and&nbsp;run&nbsp;the&nbsp;infrastructure&nbsp;that&nbsp;keeps&nbsp;our&nbsp;team&nbsp;running:&nbsp;onboarding,&nbsp;performance,&nbsp;compliance,&nbsp;employee&nbsp;relations,&nbsp;compensation,&nbsp;and&nbsp;everything&nbsp;in&nbsp;between.&nbsp;We&nbsp;don't&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;handbook&nbsp;yet.&nbsp;You'll&nbsp;write&nbsp;it.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>On&nbsp;top&nbsp;of&nbsp;that,&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;own&nbsp;recruiting&nbsp;across&nbsp;all&nbsp;of&nbsp;our&nbsp;open&nbsp;roles.&nbsp;Most&nbsp;hiring&nbsp;is&nbsp;straightforward&nbsp;—&nbsp;but&nbsp;we&nbsp;also&nbsp;recruit&nbsp;for&nbsp;technical&nbsp;roles&nbsp;(engineering,&nbsp;AI/ML),&nbsp;and&nbsp;that's&nbsp;where&nbsp;the&nbsp;bar&nbsp;gets&nbsp;higher.&nbsp;You&nbsp;don't&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;a&nbsp;deeply&nbsp;technical&nbsp;person,&nbsp;but&nbsp;you&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;source,&nbsp;screen,&nbsp;and&nbsp;close&nbsp;engineers&nbsp;credibly&nbsp;without&nbsp;leaning&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;third&nbsp;party&nbsp;to&nbsp;do&nbsp;it&nbsp;for&nbsp;you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If&nbsp;you've&nbsp;spent&nbsp;your&nbsp;career&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;pure&nbsp;recruiter&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;pure&nbsp;HR&nbsp;admin,&nbsp;this&nbsp;probably&nbsp;isn't&nbsp;the&nbsp;right&nbsp;fit.&nbsp;We&nbsp;need&nbsp;someone&nbsp;who's&nbsp;done&nbsp;both&nbsp;—&nbsp;and&nbsp;built&nbsp;both&nbsp;from&nbsp;scratch.</p> <li>Design&nbsp;and&nbsp;run&nbsp;onboarding,&nbsp;offboarding,&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;full&nbsp;employee&nbsp;lifecycle</li> <li>Build&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;HR&nbsp;documentation,&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;and&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;frameworks</li> <li>Coordinate&nbsp;global&nbsp;payroll&nbsp;and&nbsp;contractor&nbsp;agreements&nbsp;across&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;countries</li> <li>Establish&nbsp;performance&nbsp;management&nbsp;systems&nbsp;tied&nbsp;to&nbsp;measurable&nbsp;output&nbsp;and&nbsp;ownership</li> <li>Serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;internal&nbsp;point&nbsp;of&nbsp;contact&nbsp;for&nbsp;employee&nbsp;relations&nbsp;and&nbsp;people&nbsp;questions</li> <li>Own&nbsp;full-cycle&nbsp;recruiting&nbsp;across&nbsp;all&nbsp;open&nbsp;roles&nbsp;—&nbsp;creative,&nbsp;sales,&nbsp;ops,&nbsp;clinical,&nbsp;and&nbsp;engineering</li> <li>Source&nbsp;and&nbsp;screen&nbsp;technical&nbsp;candidates&nbsp;(Full-Stack,&nbsp;AI/ML,&nbsp;DevOps)&nbsp;without&nbsp;outsourcing&nbsp;to&nbsp;agencies</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;our&nbsp;hiring&nbsp;pipeline&nbsp;in&nbsp;Greenhouse</li> <p>You've&nbsp;built&nbsp;people&nbsp;infrastructure&nbsp;at&nbsp;a&nbsp;startup&nbsp;before&nbsp;—&nbsp;not&nbsp;inherited&nbsp;it.&nbsp;You're&nbsp;comfortable&nbsp;in&nbsp;ambiguity,&nbsp;move&nbsp;fast,&nbsp;and&nbsp;don't&nbsp;need&nbsp;a&nbsp;lot&nbsp;of&nbsp;hand-holding.&nbsp;You&nbsp;can&nbsp;hold&nbsp;your&nbsp;own&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;conversation&nbsp;with&nbsp;an&nbsp;engineer.&nbsp;You&nbsp;know&nbsp;Greenhouse&nbsp;well&nbsp;enough&nbsp;to&nbsp;configure&nbsp;it,&nbsp;not&nbsp;just&nbsp;navigate&nbsp;it.&nbsp;You've&nbsp;hired&nbsp;across&nbsp;time&nbsp;zones&nbsp;and&nbsp;understand&nbsp;what&nbsp;global&nbsp;remote&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;actually&nbsp;involves.</p>
