As a Temporary Manufacturing Associate I, RNA Reagents, you will <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW259091661 BCX0" data-ccp-parastyle="Default" data-ccp-parastyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"272499da-5523-5969-b17c-4f82c0ce3910|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469775450,"Default",201340122,"2",134233614,"true",469778129,"Default",335572020,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",469769226,"Calibri",335551500,"0",201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777843,"Calibri",201341986,"1",268442635,"24"]}">produce research grade components and products by setting-up, cleaning, operating, and maintaining equipment; performing enzymatic reactions; utilizing purification systems, authoring and implementing SOPs, and documenting action in batch records.  How you will make an impact:  <ul> <li>Prepares for production by reviewing production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating requirements; assembling materials and supplies </li> <li> Maintains safe and clean work environment by following standard operating procedures </li> <li>Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs </li> <li>Documents production by accurately completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches following good documentation practices </li> <li>Receives materials, parts and supplies and maintains organization of laboratory inventory.  </li> <li>Operates within ERP system. </li> <li>Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities </li> <li>Perform other functions and duties as required </li> </ul>  The skills and experience that you will bring:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific field, preferably Molecular Biology or Biochemistry  </li> <li> 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing laboratory experience </li> <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand and walk for extended periods of time </li> <li>Experience with executing Standard Operating Procedures </li> <li>Strong written and verbal skills </li> <li>Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks </li> <li>Experience working in a Quality regulated environment a plus </li> </ul> The anticipated salary range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00.
