You will own testing strategies, execution, and continuous improvement for features that impact real users at scale, working closely with multiple product and engineering teams.     What You Will Do   <div>Test Design & Strategy</div> <ul> <li>Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and case management for large-scale, cross-functional projects.</li> <li>Define end-to-end test strategies spanning multiple service domains.</li> <li>Break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion.</li> </ul> <div>Test Execution & Automation</div> <ul> <li>Develop and execute automation across mobile, web, and backend platforms.</li> <li>Own and continuously evolve test automation frameworks and infrastructure.</li> <li>Design and implement integration test strategies against live or production-like environments.</li> </ul> <div>Tooling & Efficiency</div> <ul> <li>Define, optimize, and enforce QA standards and best practices.</li> <li>Drive bug tracking, metrics visualization, and quality trend analysis.</li> <li>Lead incident management practices and drive resolution of production issues.</li> <li>Produce clear, high-quality documentation and runbooks that empower the team.</li> </ul> <div>Leadership & Collaboration</div> <ul> <li>Act as a cultural and professional role model; drive multiple projects or mission-critical components.</li> <li>Shape team culture and champion continuous improvement.</li> <li>Mentor team members and support their professional growth.</li> <li>Coordinate across teams, align stakeholders, and work effectively with cross-functional peers.</li> <li>Facilitate decision-making, build consensus, and remove roadblocks.</li> </ul>    Basic Qualifications   <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on software test automation experience.</li> <li>Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and quality standards.</li> <li>Proficient in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, Python).</li> <li>Experience with open-source test automation tools (e.g., PyTest, Appium, Selenium).</li> <li>Familiarity with distributed service architectures and cross-domain system interactions.</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable test infrastructure.</li> <li>Self-driven; able to work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end.</li> <li>Strong impact beyond individual contribution — driving large projects or critical components.</li> <li>Proficient in English (written and verbal);
