The French market, launched in 2020, has experienced hyper growth and became market leader in 2021.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Behind this growth is a simple formula: technology, data, and a team of ambitious people working together to reinvent food at home.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">If you want to work at the intersection of data, strategy, and growth, and have a tangible impact on a fast-scaling business, this internship is for you.</p> <h3><strong>Your Role&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p>As a Growth Strategy Data Analyst Intern, you will join the Analytics &amp; Performance team and work closely with the Growth Marketing team to help drive HelloFresh’s growth in France.</p> <p>You will act as a data partner to business stakeholders, turning complex data into actionable insights that influence key strategic decisions, marketing investment decisions, and customer lifecycle optimization.</p> <p>Your work will directly impact critical growth levers such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, and website optimization.</p> <p>This role combines business analysis, experimentation, and data modeling, giving you end-to-end exposure to how data drives decisions in a growing company.</p> <p>This role is ideal for candidates who want to apply rigorous analytics to real business problems and see their insights translated into concrete growth decisions.</p> <h3><strong>Your Impact&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p>You will work with modern analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets, as well as internal data pipelines to analyze large-scale datasets and support data-driven decision-making across the Growth team.</p> <p>Drive business-impacting analyses</p> <ul> <li>Conduct deep-dive analyses on key growth topics such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, discount optimization, and marketing channel performance</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve conversion, marketing efficiency, and customer lifetime value</li> <li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p>Partner with stakeholders</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Growth Marketing managers and team leads to support strategic decisions</li> <li>Present insights and recommendations that influence budget allocation and growth strategy</li> </ul> <p>Support experimentation and A/B testing</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the design, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and growth experiments</li> <li>Measure the impact of new initiatives and help scale successful strategies</li> </ul> <p>Build data products and dashboards</p> <ul> <li>Define and track key business KPIs</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards that enable the marketing team to make data-driven decisions.</li> <li>Develop data models, reporting pipelines, and analysis frameworks that help teams scale their decision-making</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and eager to tackle complex business problems using data.&nbsp;You are comfortable navigating large datasets, structuring ambiguous questions, and translating analyses into insights that drive business decisions.</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and data analysis</li> <li>Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus)</li> <li>Ability to translate data into clear and actionable business insights</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Gap-year or final-year student from a top engineering or business school</li> <li>Previous experience in data, consulting, strategy, or analytics</li> <li>Fluent in French and English</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>A steep learning curve in one of Europe’s fastest-growing scale-ups</li> <li>Exposure to real business decisions driven by data</li> <li>A collaborative and international environment</li> <li>Discounts on HelloFresh boxes, Swile meal vouchers, and Wellpass</li> <li>Offices in the heart of Paris (1st arrondissement)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Hiring Process</strong></p> <ol> <li>CV review</li> <li>Invitation to Case Study</li> <li>Interviews with your future managers</li> </ol> <p><strong>Your onboarding</strong></p> <p>Your first days will include dedicated onboarding sessions with key managers across teams to help you understand HelloFresh’s organization and business model.&nbsp;You’ll then quickly dive into your projects and start contributing to the team’s impact from day one.</p>
