Collaboration fuels our innovation and drives our success.</p> <p>· Empowering Success: We believe in empowering our team members to reach new heights, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.</p> <p>· Nurturing Growth: Personal and professional growth isn't just encouraged; it's nurtured, supported, and celebrated.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p><strong>·</strong> Ensures high-quality podiatric care by accurately providing a full range of services focusing on the foot and ankle from the management of arthritis, tendinitis, and ingrown toenails to diabetic wounds, foot deformities, and foot surgery</p> <p>· Support and provide high-quality care for patients that require surgery; possibly maintain surgical privileges in a nearby hospital system</p> <p>· Emphasizes a proactive patient-centered approach, and promotes podiatry care with a focus on education and knowledge of preventive measures</p> <p>· Maintain appropriate documentation within the electronic medical record system in accordance with Aizer’s policies</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>· Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine, a graduate of a 3-year accredited podiatry residency program</p> <p>· National Board Certification ABFAS/ ABPM or Qualification with a plan to certification within 3 years</p> <p>· Positive approach to teamwork with the ability to integrate a multi-disciplinary approach to patient management</p> <p>· Able to maintain excellent bedside manners in a fast-paced patient setting</p> <p>· Ability to work independently</p> <p>· Be part of the solution</p> <p>· Make a positive impact</p> <p>· Continually look to improve</p> <p>· Stay connected to the work</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <p>· $120-$125 per hour, commensurate with experience.</p> <p>· 403(b) Retirement Plan, setting you up for a secure future.</p>
