This role will drive strategic programs that support manufacturing excellence, logistics optimization, and digital transformation across our global operations. IT PM will be responsible for managing complex technical IT projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. IT PM will play a pivotal role in aligning technical solutions with business needs, ensuring seamless deployment, and enhancing our product impact. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, champions cross-team collaboration, and drives meaningful change. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end program execution for factory systems initiatives including SAP S4/HANA enhancements, SAP/PLM/MES integrations, and infrastructure modernization </li> <li>Lead cross functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of all technical aspects of software focused projects on time, within scope and budget.</li> <li>Assist teams on mapping technical and architectural dependencies, especially related to integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure services.</li> <li>Oversee technical feasibility assessments and design walkthroughs with vendors and internal teams </li> <li>Promote Agile best practices, act as a change agent to foster an Agile culture and help teams improve their Agile maturity and performance.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.</li> <li>Develop, maintain and execute risk management plans.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring policies and security practices are integrated into project planning and execution.</li> <li>Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts by communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing resistance, and preparing users for technology changes.</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, RACI matrices, and post-mortem reviews.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across multiple geographies and business units </li> <li>Ensure adherence to SDLC and IT governance standards, including SLA and KPI reporting </li> </ul> Required Qualifications: <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain IT </li> <li>Strong understanding of factory systems architecture, including MES, SAP, PLM and integration platforms.</li> <li>Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Experience managing external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution</li> <li>Experience with global program coordination and stakeholder engagement.</li> </ul> Desirable Attributes: <ul> <li>Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.</li> <li>PMP Certification or Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)</li> <li>Automotive and Manufacturing experience will be big plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <div>Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.</div> </div> <div> </div></div><div class="title">Base Pay Range (Annual)</div><div class="pay-range">$121,800—$167,420 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a id="menur13jl" class="fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn" href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/" target="_blank">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
