Join our growing team today and be a change agent for children.</p> <h4><strong>Deliver powerful results</strong></h4> <p>To achieve our vision, we are seeking <strong>Dance Teachers</strong> with a <strong>Bachelor’s degree, 1–2+ years of teaching experience, and a passion for developing students through the art of dance.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Execute a bold vision of excellence in dance education</strong>, designing inquiry-driven, technically rigorous lessons that inspire creativity, artistic expression, and confidence in all students.</li> <li><strong>Build a vibrant, inclusive classroom culture</strong> where students develop a genuine love for dance and families feel connected to a strong, welcoming community.</li> <li><strong>Use data, student work, and research-based instructional tools</strong> to monitor progress, refine instruction, and support student growth in technique, performance, and artistry.</li> <li><strong>Develop authentic, trusting relationships</strong> with students and families to support each child’s personal, social-emotional, and artistic development.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with colleagues</strong> and engage in ongoing professional learning, embracing feedback and coaching to continuously strengthen your practice.</li> <li><strong>Contribute to whole-school initiatives</strong> and provide instructional support as needed, ensuring dance is meaningfully integrated into the broader school experience.</li> <li><strong>Lead a high-quality after-school dance program</strong> that deepens students’ passion, builds technical skill, and expands opportunities for performance and enrichment.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Join our purpose-driven community&nbsp;</strong></h4> <p>Zeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary closer to the beginning of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.
