<ul>
<li>The Test Lab Manager will need strong Project Management experience leading a project in Electronic Power Steering.</li>
<li>This role oversees testing and validation activities within the engineering lab, serving as the primary project manager for validation programs while leading a team of technicians.</li>
<li>This role works with customers to define requirements, test cases, and fixtures while ensuring systems are validated across embedded software, hardware, and mechanical components. </li>
<li>Lastly, this role is daily on-site in the test lab.</li>
<li>There is no remote opportunity. </li>

<div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </div>
<ul>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Manage testing and validation programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and engineering requirements. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Lead day-to-day operations of the test lab, communicate tasks, and supervise a team of technicians. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Responsible for the time/cost aspects of the testing lab </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Responsible for resource schedule and laboratory timelines </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Interface with customers on requirements, test cases, and validation strategies. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Support system-level testing for embedded software, hardware, and mechanical systems in a mechatronics environment. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Represent Test & Validation to all teams involved with the project </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Track testing progress and documentation using tools such as MS Project, Windchill, and DOORS. </div>
</li>
</ul>
<div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Required Experience</strong> </div>
<ul>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Bachelor’s degree and background in systems engineering, embedded systems, or mechatronics. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Project management experience </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Strong time management and organization skills </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Experience working in a test lab or validation environment preferred </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Familiarity with tools such as Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, Windchill, DOORS, and MS Project preferred </div>
</li>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to motivate a technical team. </div>
</li>
</ul>
<div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Work Environment</strong> </div>
<ul>
<li>
<div class="x_elementToProof">Daily on-site presence in a test lab environment (no remote work). </div>
