The team ensures that every sale is accurately billed, collected, and accounted for, supporting the company’s liquidity, profitability, and customer experience&nbsp;objectives.</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">The team oversees end-to-end processes including billing &amp; invoicing, payment mapping, credit management, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations. The department plays a critical role in&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;financial discipline,&nbsp;optimizing&nbsp;working capital, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">This team is&nbsp;expanding,&nbsp;and we are looking for&nbsp;the&nbsp;</span><span lang="EN-US">Head of Collections&nbsp;(Global Function)&nbsp;</span><span lang="EN-US">who will lead the end-to-end collections strategy and operations across multiple geographies based out of Bangkok, Thailand. The role oversees diverse collections processes spanning multiple product and process verticals, manage process optimizations, collections systems etc. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in global credit &amp; collections, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to scale processes, systems, and teams in a dynamic,&nbsp;fast-moving&nbsp;environment.</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">In this&nbsp;Role,&nbsp;the Key Responsibilities will Include:</span>&nbsp;</strong><br><strong><span lang="EN-US">Strategy &amp; Leadership</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <ul> <li><span lang="EN-US">Define the collections strategy across all receivable collection flows&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Own the&nbsp;cash-collection&nbsp;targets, DSO, write-off KPIs, and aging metrics.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Develop a scalable operating model with&nbsp;in-house collections &amp; external DCAs.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Partner with senior finance and commercial leaders to align&nbsp;collections&nbsp;policies in line with business growth and risk appetite.</span>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Operational Excellence</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <ul> <li><span lang="EN-US">Drive a digital, data-led collections approach ensuring all decisions and workflows are grounded in analytics and segmentation.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Standardize&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;collections&nbsp;workflows across regions, products, and systems.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Establish proactive monitoring, automated dunning, and dispute-resolution processes.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Drive process consistency and SLA adherence with outsourcing partners&nbsp;i.e.&nbsp;DCAs</span>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Systems &amp; Technology Enablement</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> </div> <ul> <li><span lang="EN-US">Lead the roadmap for&nbsp;collections&nbsp;technology: CRM/Collections system, workflow engine, automation tools, and data platforms.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Implement segmentation strategies, automated workflows, and predictive models in collaboration with Data, and Fintech teams.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Implement&nbsp;dashboards, real-time exposure tracking, and performance analytics for proactive collections.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Champion digital capabilities such as auto‐reminders, AI-based scoring, and robotic process automation (RPA).</span>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div> <div> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Stakeholder Management</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <ul> <li><span lang="EN-US">Act as the senior interface with regional commercial leaders, finance controllers, accounting, treasury, and customer operations.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Collaborate with product, payments, and legal teams to manage contract terms,&nbsp;collections&nbsp;clauses, settlement models, and recovery actions.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Represent collections in governance forums&nbsp;as needed.</span>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">People &amp; Culture</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <ul> <li><span lang="EN-US">Build, mentor,&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;develop a diverse global team of&nbsp;collections&nbsp;managers, analysts, and specialists.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Foster a high-accountability, customer-centric, data-driven culture.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span lang="EN-US">Ensure knowledge sharing, consistent training, and unified global standards.</span>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">What You’ll Need to Succeed: </span>&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <ul> <li><span lang="EN-US">15+&nbsp;years of experience in Collections in a global business;
