Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team and site leadership at the Broken Arrow manufacturing facility. This role supports day-today Human Resources activities including onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee engagement, timekeeping, and general office operations.

This is a highly visible, on-site role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships across the site.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Support

  • Support the HR Manager with daily HR and administrative functions

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Provide general administrative support to HR and operations teams

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire processing

  • Support recruiting activities as needed

Timekeeping & Employee Support

  • Manage timekeeping updates and attendance tracking

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support

Employee Engagement & Office Coordination

• Assist with employee engagement activities and events

• Coordinate meetings, events, and site activities

• Support office organization, supplies and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of administrative, coordinator, HR support, or office experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
