This individual will be responsible for driving program execution from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program or project management, experience supporting manufacturing or digital transformation initiatives, and a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and technical dependencies.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the migration of shopfloor applications, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.</li> <li>Develop and manage program plans, project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, manufacturing, vendors, and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.</li> <li>Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key decisions.</li> <li>Oversee migration planning, cutover activities, system testing, validation, and deployment efforts.</li> <li>Support change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and technical solutions.</li> <li>Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project objectives.</li> <li>Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions with key stakeholders.</li> <li>Support data migration, application modernization, and system integration activities.</li> <li>Promote collaboration across teams while maintaining focus on program goals and delivery commitments.</li> <li>Operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience.</li> <li>Experience managing large-scale IT, manufacturing, or digital transformation projects.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience with application migration, modernization, or enterprise system implementations.</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP, MES, shopfloor systems, or manufacturing technology environments preferred.</li> <li>Experience with data migration, testing strategies, deployment planning, and change management activities preferred.</li> <li>Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience preferred.</li> <li>PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong><br>The successful candidate is a proactive and results-driven Program Manager who can effectively lead complex technology and manufacturing initiatives while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
