The Director will&nbsp;work closely with Sky Road management&nbsp;to set the vision, structure, and governance for how Sky Road is delivered, while still maintaining hands-on partnership with teams and clients to ensure outcomes.</p> <p>This role blends enterprise project management&nbsp;leadership,&nbsp;product specialist expertise, agile transformation, and executive stakeholder management, and will serve as a trusted partner to Sky Road leadership. The Director will ensure roadmap initiatives, client delivery commitments, and platform evolution are executed with consistency, transparency, and speed.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or agile transformation roles</li> <li>Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional software or data platform initiatives</li> <li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment</li> <li>Deep understanding of agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery models</li> <li>Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills</li> <li>Experience building and scaling delivery operating models</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in SaaS, fintech, or data-driven enterprise platforms</li> <li>Experience leading distributed or global teams</li> <li>Strong partnership with product and engineering leadership</li> <li>Undergraduate degree</li> <li>Experience with CLO analytics especially optimization and trading related tools for leverage loan strategies</li> <li>Experience as a Product Specialist for an analytical software platform</li> </ul> <p>At Octus, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual.
