Remote Proctor at Skilled Wound Care

<p><strong>Position Summary:<br></strong><br>The College of Long Term Care is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Virtual Exam Proctor to support our&nbsp;nursing certification program in Skin, Wound, and Ostomy Care. This role is responsible for administering and&nbsp;monitoring examinations to ensure compliance with testing protocols, maintaining exam integrity, and providing a&nbsp;smooth and supportive experience for participants.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Proctor virtual certification exams in accordance with established policies and procedures</li> <li>Verify student identity and ensure compliance with exam rules prior to and during testing</li> <li>Monitor examinees in real time via video conferencing platforms to maintain exam integrity</li> <li>Address technical issues or escalate concerns as needed during exam sessions</li> <li>Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or violations of testing protocols</li> <li>Provide clear instructions and support to students before and during exams</li> <li>Coordinate exam schedules and communicate logistics with students and internal staff</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality of exam materials and participant information</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in exam proctoring, education, or administrative support preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Forms, etc.)</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce policies consistently</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple participants in a structured virtual environment</li> <li>High level of professionalism and discretion</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in healthcare education or working with nursing professionals</li> <li>Understanding of certification or continuing education programs</li> <li>Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Schedule:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Fully remote position</li> <li>Must be available to work scheduled exam sessions, which may include evenings or occasional weekends<br>Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Competencies:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Integrity and accountability</li> <li>Organization and time management</li> <li>Clear communication</li> <li>Problem-solving under pressure</li> </ul>
