Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. </li> <li>Minimum 4+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience working with torque tools. </li> <li>This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the implementation, validation, sustaining, and troubleshooting of production processes and equipment, with a strong focus on torque tools and vision systems. </li> <li>The Process Engineer will work hands-on within the manufacturing environment to ensure torque requirements are consistently achieved, support the implementation and ongoing performance of torque tooling, and troubleshoot process or equipment issues impacting production. </li> <li>The role will also support vision systems used within manufacturing processes, requiring a practical understanding of how these systems operate and how environmental conditions, particularly changes in lighting, can affect their performance and reliability. </li> <li>The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical foundations, a high level of curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn and teach others. </li> <li>This individual should be comfortable investigating problems with limited guidance, learning new processes and technologies, and sharing that knowledge across the team. </li> </ul> Key Responsibilities : Torque Tools & Process Control  <ul> <li>Support the implementation and sustaining of torque tools within manufacturing operations. </li> <li>Measure and validate torque to ensure defined process requirements are consistently achieved. </li> <li>Troubleshoot torque tooling and process issues impacting production. </li> <li>Investigate process deviations and identify potential root causes. </li> <li>Support ongoing process reliability and production readiness. </li> </ul> Vision Systems  <ul> <li>Support and troubleshoot vision systems used within manufacturing processes. </li> <li>Understand how lighting and other environmental conditions can impact vision system performance. </li> <li>Investigate inconsistent vision results and identify factors affecting system reliability. </li> <li>Support adjustments and improvements required to maintain stable vision processes. </li> </ul> Equipment Implementation & Production Readiness  <ul> <li>Support the implementation of new machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment. </li> <li>Identify and troubleshoot issues during equipment implementation and production ramp-up. </li> <li>Investigate equipment failures, including machines stopping mid-process or not operating as intended. </li> <li>Work through technical issues to help bring equipment to production-ready status. </li> <li>Provide ongoing sustaining support once equipment is operational. </li> </ul> Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement  <ul> <li>Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues directly on the production floor. </li> <li>Analyze problems and independently investigate potential causes and solutions. </li> <li>Support root cause identification and corrective actions. </li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve process reliability and manufacturing performance. </li> <li>Apply Lean Manufacturing principles where appropriate. </li> </ul> Training & Collaboration  <ul> <li>Work closely with manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. </li> <li>Communicate effectively in a fast-paced production environment. </li> <li>Learn new processes, equipment, and technologies as manufacturing needs evolve. </li> <li>Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with other team members. </li> <li>Help train and develop others on processes and equipment when needed.</li> </ul> Profile:   <ul> <li>Strong hands-on manufacturing mindset. </li> <li>Highly curious with a strong desire to understand how and why processes work. </li> others. </li> <li>Strong communication skills. </li> <li>Able to remain effective in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and under production pressure. </li> <li>Self-motivated and proactive when identifying and resolving problems. </li> </ul> Must Have:   <ul> <li>Hands-on experience working with torque tools in a manufacturing environment. </li> <li>Practical understanding of torque processes, including measuring or validating torque against defined requirements. </li> <li>Experience supporting, sustaining, or troubleshooting torque tooling and related manufacturing processes. </li> <li>Working knowledge of manufacturing vision systems and how they operate. </li> <li>Understanding of how lighting and environmental conditions affect vision system performance and reliability. </li> <li>Hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience. </li> <li>Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and/or production process issues. </li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate technical issues with limited guidance. </li> <li>Strong willingness and ability to learn new processes and technologies. </li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.  </li> </ul> Good to Have:  <ul> <li>Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering background. </li> <li>Experience within automotive, engine manufacturing, assembly, or similar production environments. </li> <li>Experience supporting the implementation or launch of new manufacturing equipment. </li> <li>Experience with equipment ramp-up and production readiness activities. </li> <li>Lean Manufacturing experience. </li> <li>Continuous improvement experience. </li> <li>Root cause analysis experience. </li> <li>Experience training or transferring
