In this role, you will focus on ensuring that our ERP environment supports scalable, accurate, and efficient financial processes across Record to Report and key aspects of Order to Cash.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering teams to maintain and improve NetSuite configurations, financial reporting, and close processes. This role will also drive automation and operational improvements within the ERP environment while ensuring data integrity and strong system controls.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a senior-level engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and performance of NetSuite while helping Finance scale processes and reporting as the company grows.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite financial modules including GL, AR, ARM, and financial reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support Record to Report and financial close processes within NetSuite.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support financial operations and reporting needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by ensuring accurate system configuration and reliable financial data.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain strong system controls, audit readiness, and documentation of system configurations and financial processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues through the Financial Systems Jira support queue.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and the internal Systems Engineering team on enhancements and system improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure accurate data flows between NetSuite and connected systems such as Coupa and other finance tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes and improve operational efficiency within NetSuite.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to the long-term roadmap for financial systems and accounting automation.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">6-8+ years of experience working with NetSuite or enterprise financial systems in an ERP or financial systems role.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong expertise configuring and supporting NetSuite financial modules including GL, AR, and revenue recognition.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Solid understanding of accounting processes including Record to Report and financial close workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience building reports, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows within NetSuite.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent
