Come stand with us. <hr>  </div>Role at a Glance: The Partner Ecosystems team is growing at Paystand, and we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join as Channel Partner Manager in our Netsuite ecosystem. As a channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and growing new revenue for Paystand within Paystand’s ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft, and Acumatica).  You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing to drive growth in our partnership program.  This role requires a deep understanding of ERPs and their VAR ecosystems, and a keen ability to identify and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships. These are highly strategic roles reporting directly to one of the partner ecosystem directors. You will have a key influence on all aspects of our partnership program and how we execute successful partnerships.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Relationship Management (Enable) <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with Ecosystem VAR partners.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Grow Business (Activate) <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and co-development projects. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct timely business reviews with VAR partners</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner Onboarding (Recruit) <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, evaluate, and engage prospective partners.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure favorable terms for both parties.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring thorough training is completed.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with sales teams to leverage partner relationships to meet bookings targets.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with marketing teams to create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns and programs.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qualifications & Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, and/or mid-market/enterprise sales.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience working with ERP Channel and VAR communities, specifically Netsuite, Sage, Microsoft, or Acumatica.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience driving sales and a proven track record building relationships and targeting key decision makers to push opportunities and partnerships forward.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with virtual teams across functions and geographies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in the payments and fintech industry is a plus.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in sales and/or marketing is a plus. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Entrepreneurial approach with can-do attitude.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional writing abilities across mediums (social, technical, prose).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to travel (up to 25%) and work flexible hours as needed.</li> </ul> Perks:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Compensation ranging from $120,000 - $200,000 OTE </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Enjoy generous PTO and sick leave, because we believe in balance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">We've got your health covered with comprehensive health dental and vision insurance plans.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Fuel your days with free snacks and paid lunches in the office.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Unlock stock options and own a piece of our success!</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work with the best tools and equipment, setting you up to thrive.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">And the best part?
