<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations</li>
<li>Defining key performance indicators (KPI) and establishing metrics to improve field operations</li>
<li>Set-up and support for new open warehouse operations</li>
<li>Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to enhance productivity</li>
<li>Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team</li>
<li>Monitoring performance and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue growth</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s Degree(SCM, Business, Economics or related) required</li>
<li> English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred</li>
<li> 1~3+ years of warehousing, B2B & B2C logistics operation, importing experience preferred</li>
<li> Have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment</li>
<li> Willingness to business travel in USA, Canada</li>
<li> Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency</li>
<li> Knowledge of systems, especially WMS preferred</li>
