Your leadership will be vital in coordinating efforts across various teams and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Promote Corporate Culture</span>: Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Mentor Team Members</span>: Encourage professional growth and align team efforts with our mission.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Schedule Projects</span>: Plan and schedule the project in logical steps to meet deadlines.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Stakeholder Communication</span>: Confer with Project Managers, Owners, and Contractors to resolve construction issues.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">On-Site Management</span>: Organize and direct all on-site activities; inspect projects for compliance with codes and regulations.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Subcontractor Oversight</span>: Manage subcontractors to ensure quality work on specific project scopes.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Incident Investigation</span>: Investigate damages, accidents, or delays to ensure proper procedures are followed.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Material Verification</span>: Verify material deliveries and ensure compliance with procurement requirements.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Invoice Approval</span>: Review and approve project pay applications and invoices.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Daily Documentation</span>: Maintain a written daily log of job site activities.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Weekly Coordination</span>: Meet with subcontractors’ foremen to review upcoming work and required manpower.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Site Safety</span>: Ensure a clean and safe job site, free of debris.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Quality Control</span>: Perform quality control duties regarding the work being installed.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Cost Awareness</span>: Understand cost accounting and keep the field team updated on project costs.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Punch Process Management</span>: Oversee project completion and punch process.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Staff Development</span>: Provide necessary training and direction to help staff advance in their roles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Ideal Candidate:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Education</span>:&nbsp;Bachelor's or Associate's&nbsp;degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study. An equivalent level of education and experience will be considered.&nbsp;</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Experience:</span>&nbsp; <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.</li> <li>Associate's degree and 10 years of progressive experience in construction site management.</li> <li>GED and 12 years of progressive experience in construction site management</li> </ul> </li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Skills</span>: Advanced understanding of construction methods, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, and job site safety.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Attributes</span>: Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving skills, and initiative.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation&nbsp;and&nbsp;Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Total Rewards</span>: We offer competitive base salaries with project bonus potential, subsistence pay, cell phone stipends, auto allowances, merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability benefits, along with a 401(k) plan with a match.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>This position requires mobility on active construction sites and the ability to&nbsp;lift up&nbsp;to 25 lbs.
