The Marketing Production Designer will be responsible for editing, adapting, and versioning existing creative across multiple channels, while also supporting the creation of new assets when needed. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.   Location: 1301 Dove St., Suite 670, Newport Beach, CA 92660 ***Would need to travel to Centers and need to be based in CA or TX*** Schedule: 6 Month Contract possible extension, Monday to Friday (5 hours a day, 25 hours a week) Compensation: $28+/hourly (base on experience) What You Will Do: <ul> <li>Edit, update, and version existing creative across digital and print channels, including social, email, paid media, in-store collateral, and web assets.  </li> <li>Adapt campaign concepts across formats and platforms, ensuring all assets are optimized for channel-specific requirements and performance.  </li> <li>Support the creation of new assets as needed, including layouts, graphics, and light design work within established brand guidelines.  </li> <li>Maintain strict brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring fonts, colors, imagery, and messaging align with OrangeTwist standards.  </li> <li>Prepare and finalize production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in sizing, formatting, and specifications for both digital and print.  </li> <li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand priorities, timelines, and campaign needs, executing quickly and efficiently.  </li> <li>Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.  </li> <li>Continuously refine and optimize creative assets based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving business needs. </li> <li>Travel: Ability to travel domestically </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, video and image editing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li> <li>2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. </li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other design tools is a plus. </li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. </li> <li>Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills. </li> <li>Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). </li> <li>Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). </li> <li>Experience working within agile or collaborative team environments. </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div>Perks</div> <div> <ul> <li>Forward-thinking, transparent, and inclusive company culture</li> <li>Competitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance</li> <li>401k employee contributions, FSA, and dependent care options</li> <li>Continuing education with our own University</li> <li>Employee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional development</li> <li>All benefits dependent on role and eligibility</li> </ul> We’re accepting applications on an ongoing basis and will continue reviewing candidates until the role is filled. </div> <div>All candidate email communication will be done through an @orangetwist.com email address.
