We believe in asking questions, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another as we continue to grow and provide the highest quality care to every patient we serve.</p> <p data-start="1418" data-end="1437"><strong data-start="1418" data-end="1437">The Opportunity</strong></p> <p data-start="1439" data-end="1560">We are looking for an experienced <strong data-start="1473" data-end="1504">Hospital Administrator</strong>&nbsp;to help lead the continued growth and success of PSVSE.</p> <p data-start="1562" data-end="1774">The HA is a key member of our leadership team, partnering closely with the Medical Director to oversee hospital operations, team development, financial performance, and the overall client and team experience.</p> <p data-start="1776" data-end="1980">This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships, solving problems, and creating an environment where both people and patient care can thrive.</p> <p data-start="1982" data-end="2000"><strong data-start="1982" data-end="2000">What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="2002" data-end="2946"> <li data-section-id="1vjl3di" data-start="2002" data-end="2122">Partner with the Medical Director and leadership team to oversee daily hospital operations and achieve hospital goals.</li> <li data-section-id="n2vept" data-start="2123" data-end="2224">Foster a culture built on <strong data-start="2151" data-end="2223">compassion, inclusion, accountability, innovation, and collaboration</strong>.</li> <li data-section-id="1uro37d" data-start="2225" data-end="2286">Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop hospital team members.</li> <li data-section-id="1extnxb" data-start="2287" data-end="2362">Support DVMs with administrative, HR, performance, and operational needs.</li> <li data-section-id="1imgubg" data-start="2363" data-end="2449">Monitor financial performance, labor costs, revenue, and other key hospital metrics.</li> <li data-section-id="12ga5p6" data-start="2450" data-end="2552">Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and the experience of our clients and team.</li> <li data-section-id="dxuc81" data-start="2553" data-end="2638">Oversee scheduling, facilities, equipment, compliance, and other operational needs.</li> <li data-section-id="htq0hf" data-start="2639" data-end="2727">Handle employee and client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.</li> <li data-section-id="1neiji0" data-start="2728" data-end="2844">Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and represent PSVSE within the local veterinary community.</li> <li data-section-id="it88ih" data-start="2845" data-end="2946">Partner with hospital leadership on strategic planning, business development, and continued growth.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2948" data-end="2974"><strong data-start="2948" data-end="2974">What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="2976" data-end="3642"> <li data-section-id="1rzbv8r" data-start="2976" data-end="3074"><strong data-start="2978" data-end="3074">3- 5 years previous leadership and management experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare required.</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1rzbv8r" data-start="2976" data-end="3074">High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="l62i3u" data-start="3075" data-end="3162">Experience managing DVMs, physicians, or other professional staff strongly preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="12mmrv4" data-start="3163" data-end="3235">Strong understanding of hospital operations and financial performance.</li> <li data-section-id="15lva75" data-start="3236" data-end="3317">Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1bt17wc" data-start="3318" data-end="3395">A people-focused leader who can balance compassion with accountability.</li> <li data-section-id="1ri23ky" data-start="3396" data-end="3460">Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1jhlf48" data-start="3461" data-end="3533">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment.</li> <li data-section-id="aqh020" data-start="3534" data-end="3642">A commitment to gold-standard patient care, continuous learning, and supporting the people around you.</li> </ul> <p data-start="3644" data-end="3658"><strong data-start="3644" data-end="3658">Why PSVSE?</strong></p> <p data-start="3660" data-end="3859">At PSVSE, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a talented veterinary team, make a meaningful impact on hospital operations, and help shape the future of a growing specialty and emergency hospital.</p> <p data-start="3861" data-end="4164">We believe every interaction with a patient, client, or team member is an opportunity to educate, uplift, and provide care with integrity and excellence.
