Benefits:</strong> Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package</p> <hr data-start="4281" data-end="4284"> <h2 data-section-id="1xihhvk" data-start="4286" data-end="4307"><strong data-start="4289" data-end="4307">What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul data-start="4309" data-end="5196"> <li data-section-id="hl2m50" data-start="4309" data-end="4404">Develop and maintain quality control plans for printing, finishing, and packaging operations.</li> <li data-section-id="5krvra" data-start="4405" data-end="4514">Analyze manufacturing processes using SPC, statistical methods, and quality metrics to improve performance.</li> <li data-section-id="1e7d2ny" data-start="4515" data-end="4603">Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li> <li data-section-id="1wyc436" data-start="4604" data-end="4699">Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), process capability studies, and quality validations.</li> <li data-section-id="1y6kok6" data-start="4700" data-end="4819">Support internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance with ISO and quality management systems.</li> <li data-section-id="cg6wo4" data-start="4820" data-end="4921">Monitor scrap, rework, yield, and production quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.</li> <li data-section-id="16t1l9i" data-start="4922" data-end="5033">Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing processes.</li> <li data-section-id="ykbjcw" data-start="5034" data-end="5122">Support new product launches, equipment validations, and capital improvement projects.</li> <li data-section-id="asmv0" data-start="5123" data-end="5196">Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li> </ul> <hr data-start="5198" data-end="5201"> <h2 data-section-id="1vidhi3" data-start="5203" data-end="5227"><strong data-start="5206" data-end="5227">What You'll Bring</strong></h2> <ul data-start="5229" data-end="5905"> <li data-section-id="qb94k2" data-start="5229" data-end="5383">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred;
