Echodyne employees see the proof of it every day, and in this role, your work will directly and observably support our mission of “Safety and Security in an Age of Autonomy."</p> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h3> <p>The Antenna Production Engineering team will own the maintenance and evolution of all antenna and radar test &amp; measurement instruments. &nbsp;Members of this team will be responsible for ensuring that antenna ATP instruments maintain operational uptime that supports production targets, for identifying and leading upgrades, and will work with the manufacturing team as SMEs supporting expansions of Echodyne’s production facilities. &nbsp;</p> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>BS Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics</li> <li>2 or more years of experience in antennas or antenna-measurement.</li> <li>Understanding of the fundamentals of antennas and antenna measurement.</li> <li>Hands-on experience measuring antennas or radiating RF devices at microwave and/or millimeter-wave frequencies. &nbsp;</li> <li>Experience performing data analysis for measurement/experiments, related to antenna measurement, including pattern analysis, side-lobes, and near/far field transformations.</li> <li>Some experience writing code for analysis, applications, or projects.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE&nbsp; <br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with complex mixed-signal (RF, analog, &amp; digital) instruments or experimental apparatus.</li> <li>Experience in any mechanical engineering CAD programs.</li> <li>Aptitude for building things, and hands-on proactive approach to what needs to get done.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">CULTURAL NORTH STAR</span></strong></h3> <p>The antenna production engineering team will play a key role in Echodyne’s continued rapid growth by owning the production instruments for our MESA antenna (core-technology) assemblies.&nbsp; Candidates for this position will be excited to work in an operational environment that may include periods of time-pressure to meet production targets, but where every week is a badge of honor knowing your work <em>directly</em> made a positive impact on the safety &amp; security of our country members and allies around the world.</p> <blockquote> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.  Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.&nbsp;</span></p> </blockquote> <hr> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">WHAT WE OFFER</span></strong></h3> <h3>This is an exempt position.&nbsp;</h3><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">The expected annual salary range for this role is</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$91,500</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$129,883 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>If your skills generally align but not perfectly, please apply anyway.
