This role is ideal for engineers passionate about Generative AI, rapid prototyping, AI coding agents, product experimentation, and modern developer tooling.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Rapidly prototype applications using AI-assisted coding tools</li> <li>Build and iterate on LLM-powered applications and workflows</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, and Replit AI</li> <li>Design and integrate MCP servers, APIs, AI agents, and automation workflows</li> <li>Develop lightweight full-stack applications using modern frameworks</li> <li>Experiment with prompts, AI workflows, and agentic architectures</li> <li>Collaborate with product and UX teams to quickly turn ideas into demos and MVPs</li> <li>Improve developer productivity through automation and AI-native workflows</li> <li>Stay current with emerging AI engineering tools, frameworks, and best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Golang</li> <li>1-2 Years of experience in Vibe Coding and strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, rapid prototyping&nbsp;and RAG</li> <li>Experience with React, Next.js, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub</li> <li>Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT</li> <li>Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and MCP</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field</li> <li>Builders who can turn ideas into working demos within hours or days</li> <li>Individuals who embrace experimentation and continuous learning</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking</li> <li>Passion for AI-native software development</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism</li> <li>Self-starters who thrive in remote environments</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building GenAI applications, personal projects, or hackathon solutions</li> <li>Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search</li> <li>Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks</li> <li>Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li> <li>Experience integrating AI workflows with enterprise applications</li> <li>Strong product mindset and willingness to experiment</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Why Gruve</strong></p> <p>At Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
