You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to manage audits, filings, reconciliations, and internal controls—across India and international entities (US, UK, France exposure is a plus).  What You’ll Do  Accounting & Financial Control  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Manage accounting entries, ledgers, and month-end closures across entities.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare/review standalone andconsolidated financial statements and management reports with variance analysis. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead reconciliations (intercompany, bank, vendor, customer) and ensure data accuracy. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain audit-ready records; support statutory/internal/group audits; strengthen process controls and documentation. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in building robust financial processes, internal controls, and SOPs. </li> </ul> Taxation – Direct & Indirect (India)  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Manage GST computations, filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), and input credit reconciliations.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee TDS calculations, payments, returns, and 26AS reconciliations.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support income tax compliance including advance tax, returns, and notices in coordination with consultants. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure end-to-end compliance readiness. </li> </ul> International Compliance Support  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Coordinate with external advisors for local accounting/tax compliance (where applicable).</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support VAT/sales tax, payroll reconciliations, and local reporting requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure timely intercompany billing and support transfer pricing documentation. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage cross-border payments and foreign currency accounting support. </li> </ul> Team Collaboration  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Partner with AP/AR and payroll teams to ensure correct tax treatment and accounting outcomes.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Liaise with business teams for inputs, documentation, and clarifications.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review junior team work and drive quality checks and closure. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and system/process improvements. </li> </ul> What You Bring  Qualifications & Experience  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> CA /Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation roles. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax laws. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on comfort with accounting tools and reporting (Tally / Dynamics 365 / Excel) and tax portals. </li> </ul> Key Skills  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
